Binah Auditores was founded in 1968 by Fiore Capece, Hideo Sugimoto and José C. Zanarotti and is registered with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (in São Paulo), subject to peer review. Operating for 52 years in the market, we participate in the Continuing Education Program, of the Federal Accounting Council, in addition to other courses and seminars for constant updating.

We share meetings in several countries and have established an association with two international auditing firms:

Clark, Gardner, Wolf & Company, from 1976 until its dissolution in 2010. And with the Leading Edge Alliance, based in Illinois (USA), we participated in several meetings of the Latin American group, operating in more than 100 countries, from 2013 to the beginning of 2020.

Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Actuarial Science from the Faculty of Accounting Sciences of São Paulo on 26.01.1966.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University – Faculty of Economic Sciences on 22.04.1968.

He started auditing in 1962 through Arthur Andersen & Co.

He worked in internal audit at Pfizer Laboratories in Brazil for three years and later at a large financial institution in the country.

He participated in lectures at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of Paraguay on balance sheet adjustment, at the Seminar held in Vancouver, Canada, on Accounting Principles adopted in Brazil and in Miami, USA, on Disclosure of Related Parties, CPC 05, IAS 24.

Participates annually in at least 40 hours per week of courses and seminars at Ibracon, CRC and BLB Brasil – EAD to attend the Continuing Education Program of CNAI, National Register of Independent Auditors of the Federal Accounting Council.

He has developed several works in Accounting, Expert Auditing, Informatics, quality review and consulting in the administrative and financial areas and in the implementation of computerized and ERP systems, in the most varied branches of activities.
