AUDIRAMOSCONSULT S.R.L is a group of accountants, lawyers, and business advisors from every continent of the world which provides global services to the clients of our network’s firms.

Our offices are connected to large firms and provide many types of counseling in areas including finance, administration, accounting, tax, law, IT, marketing, productivity, and quality control, as well as ISO 9000. Our organization began with financial statement auditing, and it remains one of our primary services, especially for business advisors who make up the network for our clients who come to us through affiliated offices. UC&CS Global is divided into three major regions: the Americas; Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA); and Asia Pacific. Each region integrates accounting, law, and business advisory firms to provide global services to clients.

We are ranked by the International Accounting Bulletin as the 22nd largest firm worldwide, the 5th in Mexico and the 9th in Latin America. We have overtaken many older and more established accounting firms. Our strength and the reason for this growth lie in the fact that we offer comprehensive services, first in Latin America and now around the world, allowing us to perform audits and legal or administrative assessments or counseling for international groups.

As a multi-disciplinary firm our services include financial statement auditing, based on international auditing norms (IFRS – International Financial Reporting Standards); fiscal and legal counseling including litigation, transfer cost studies, payroll and bookkeeping outsourcing; start-ups anywhere in the world; financial counseling including business trading and mergers and acquisitions; and stock market listing.Our 120+ direct offices use the same training system, the same auditing methodology, and the same auditing software, UC&CS ARBASOFT (Auditing Risk Based Auditing Software), in order to guarantee high-quality global service to our clients. We also follow the new quality standard set by the IFAC (International Federation of Accountants), the ISQM1 and 2 (International Standard for Quality Management 1 and 2).
