We are a firm made up of experienced professionals in Public Accounting, Auditors, Lawyers and Business Advisors, integrated under the mission of providing solutions to the needs of companies and institutions, providing our services in a personalized way and with added value to guarantee the quality of the themselves.

Our firm was founded in September 2003, which we started providing our services as external accountants to small and medium-sized companies, advice to micro-companies, consulting international cooperation programs such as the European Union and national NGOs, we currently have with a wide portfolio of clients between accounting services, audits, tax advice and legal matters.

The firm PROCONFI, S. DE RL is duly registered with the College of Commercial Experts and Public Accountants, College of University Professionals in Public Accounting (COHPUCP), Association of Auditing Firms of Honduras (AFAH) and the National Banking Commission ( CNBS). As part of our experience as a professional firm, we have carried out various audits to recognized institutions of the government sector (mayoral offices), associations, cooperatives, foundations, commercial companies, services, among others, which have requested our services for the certification of their financial statements with special purposes and legal compliance.

OUR SERVICES

Audit :

External, internal and legal compliance audits for NGOs, cooperating organizations, cooperatives, commercial, industrial and service companies and for entities regulated by the National Banking and Insurance Commission (CNBS).

Legal and Tax : 

Procedures and legalization of companies in government agencies, consulting, tax opinion and tax advice.

Accounting:

Design of accounting policy and procedures, accounting outsourcing of monthly and annual tax returns, outsourcing of payroll and spreadsheets, physical taking of inventories and fixed assets, transition to IFRS for SMEs and preparation of financial statements.

Marketing and Sales:

Strategic marketing plan and market research.

Finance:

Budgets and financial execution, analysis of financial statements, financial studies of projects, preparation of cash flows, analysis of investments and financing.

Management:

Preparation of procedure manuals, operating regulations and internal control. 

OUR TEAM

Our staff is selected after a process of tests, interviews, and research in order to incorporate each of the different groups, those students and/or professionals who stand out in the areas where we provide services.

Our training program is continuous and basically rests on three areas:

• Local training courses, which take place every two weeks at our facilities, for one semester a year.
• The Executives of the firm receive courses in Auditing, Finance, Business, Economics and Taxation, and others related to the economic activity of our clients, they participate in seminars and congresses at a national and international level.
• The training in the field imparted by the immediate superiors, via the planning, administration and supervision of the works.
